What we stand forMore than baseball
At Pico Rivera Baseball Academy, we do more than develop baseball players. We help shape confident athletes, responsible young adults and future leaders. Our success is measured not only by wins and championships, but by the character our players build, the friendships they form and the opportunities we create together.

Our training goes beyond the scoreboard. We focus on sound fundamentals, hitting and fielding instruction, situational awareness, physical preparation and mental toughness. As players grow, we emphasize position-specific skills, accountability and the transition to larger fields and high school competition. Every practice is an opportunity to build work ethic, resilience and leadership that last long after the season.
🏆 Championship Tradition

Championships are earned through preparation, trust and a willingness to compete together. Generations of Hitmen players have represented their teams in challenging tournaments, including Perfect Game World Series competition. We celebrate the trophies and accomplishments, but also the sacrifices behind them: early practices, hard-fought games, supportive families and teammates who never quit. Our tradition is about striving for excellence while honoring the game.
❤️ Community
Financial assistance and community fundraising keep kids on the field.

Talent and determination should not be limited by a family’s finances. PRBA works to connect players with support through donations, sponsorships, fundraising and community partnerships. Contributions can help meet the costs of uniforms, equipment, tournament participation and travel. When local businesses, alumni and families invest in our athletes, they invest in opportunity, confidence and a stronger community.
🤝 Family & Values
Building friendships and character on and off the field.

Once a Hitmen, always a Hitmen. Our baseball family brings together players, parents, coaches, alumni and supporters across generations. We teach respect for teammates, opponents and officials; responsibility to the team; humility in victory; and character in defeat. The relationships formed in dugouts, on road trips and at community celebrations are part of the lasting legacy of this academy.
📚 Education
Recognizing scholar athletes and academic achievement.

Students first. Athletes second. Success in the classroom matters as much as progress on the diamond. We encourage academic responsibility, good study habits, personal discipline and recognition of scholar-athletes. Baseball can open doors, but education, character and preparation help young people walk through them—whether their next step is high school, college, a career or service to their community.
⚾ Our Mission
No child should miss competitive baseball solely because of financial circumstances.

Our mission is to give young athletes a meaningful place to learn, compete and belong, regardless of economic barriers. We strive to offer quality coaching, competitive opportunities, mentorship and a positive environment where effort and improvement are recognized. We want each player to leave PRBA with more than baseball skills—with confidence, lasting friendships, a sense of purpose and the courage to pursue bigger goals.
A Tradition of Success. A Commitment to the Future.
We measure our legacy not only by the championships we win, but by the young people we help develop, the families we bring together and the doors we help open for the next generation of Hitmen.
